Gammas from level excitation

For reactions such as inelastic scattering with the residual at a specific excitation level, this level is given in the header of the angular-distribution file for the scattered particle. In this case, one of the output files from endep simply contains pairs

(E_yi, E_$\gamma$)

where E_yi is the energy of the incident particle, and E_$\gamma$ is the excitation level of the residual nucleus.
