FETE - From ENDF/B-VI To ENDL

This is a project that takes ENDF/B-5 and ENDF/B-6 nuclear data and translates it into ENDL pointwise data. Such a conversion allows ENDF data to be used in many LLNL codes as well as make ENDF available to the public in pointwise format.
